Freezer and Cupboard Clean out!

My cupboards and freezers are full. Apparently I have been stock pilling foods without realizing it! Well, now that I see it, it needs to get fixed! So, I am cooking through my cupboards and freezer (at least the smaller items as we buy chicken in bulk due to pricing, and lots of beef and pork for smoking) and buying only what is need to make the meals come together. That’s the plan at least 🙂

What am I looking at:

Chicken
Tilapia
Ground Beef
Salmon
Jumbo Pasta Shells
Spaghetti
Fusili Pasta
Rice
Pork Chops
Frozen Berries
and thats just most of it

A few things that I have done so far include:

Spaghetti
Irish Smoked Lamb Stew
Tandoori Chicken – Turn after 20 minutes and check at 10 minutes. Mine didn’t need the entire time to cook at all and is best with chicken thighs.
Steak, marinated in beer, brown sugar, and teriyaki sauce

A few things on the list to make are:

Chicken Risotto
Lemon Pepper Shrimp and Fusili Pasta
Peanut Thai Chicken
Lemon & Butter chicken

I hope to have this all done, or at least greatly done, in time to look at grocery supplies before Baby arrives!

Enjoy!
