Yeah is Raspberry season!! We in our house love raspberries to the extent that taking my Hubby results in a 3 to 1 ratio; he eats 3 and places 1 in his bucket. So far this year I have made 3 recipes with the 3 lbs I got a few weeks ago. The berry fields weren’t 100% ready but I still got some and had fun while I was at it; I left Hubby at home 🙂
Raspberry Pie- This one comes from your standard cookbook. I pulled mine from Betty Crocker this time and I used my Grandma-in-law’s pie crust recipe
Raspberry Cream Scones– I didn’t add the glaze to this one. Also, they are very very moist and ohh so good!!
