Disney World- Odds and Ends

These items are things that I think you should know, but couldn’t figure out where to put them. I might update this time to time as I remember things.

Disney Express Bus– Use it, it’s Free! When you have finalized your flight details call Disney back and add the express bus transportation. They will pick you and your luggage up at the airport and delivery you both to your resort hotel. Then on the way out they will take you and your luggage to the airport and, depending on who you are flying with, check you into your flight and print boarding passes. You can also check luggage while at the resort with those few companies that they work with.

Disney PhotoPass– It’s a great service. You get the classic photos that you want without caring your camera around. The down fall is the price. They are a little expensive to get the photos. They start at $15 a photo to download and print them on your own and then it  goes up from there. We decided to skip it and just used our own camera. Also, if you ask nicely the people taking the photos will also take the photo with your camera.

Don’t take a bag to the park!- If you can avoid taking a bag into the park each day with you do it! Every time you enter a park you have to wait for your bag to be inspected before you can move on. Then you still have to go through the turnstiles to enter the park. If you don’t have a bag you can skip thru the lines and straight to the turnstiles. It’s also easier for the rides and not having to figure out how to hold onto a bag. As for a wallet in the park, main reason for a bag, I used a small pocket wallet that only had enough room for my ID, key to the world card, and some cash.
